Kershaw Mechanical Services has its own in-house ductwork manufacturing facilities in Cambridge.

Within the workshop there is an array of sheet metal forming equipment for cutting, bending and forming sheet metal from 22 gauge to 6mm thick plate.

Ductwork is only manufactured for Kershaw’s own projects, enabling the company to maintain a tight control of programming, manufacture, delivery, and installation.

The benefits of in-house manufacture include: excellent response time to design changes, co-ordination, offsite pre-fabrication of pipework, bracketry, support steelwork and many other specially fabricated steelwork items.

Kershaw Mechanical Services in-house ductwork employs 14 skilled tradesmen, all of whom are recruited through the company apprenticeship training scheme.

Our qualified draughts people carry out all drawings for ductwork and pipework design, manufacture and installation on auto - cad.
